We had an excellent stay at Hotel Gotico and will definitely choose it again for our next visit. The check-in staff were polite and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Despite some noise from outside, we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the location of the hotel, just a minute's walk to the metro and close to all the areas I wanted to explore in this city. Being near the cathedral was a wonderful experience. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly, even printing our boarding passes for us. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the professional and welcoming staff, clean and modern rooms, and the convenient location near shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning was fabulous, location was great and convenient, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was worth it, room had a nice view and amenities, medieval surroundings were charming.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for exploring the charming old town. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed like a tea and coffee facilities. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially the receptionist Leo who gave us great advice for our trip. The hotel also offered many services like car hire, 24-hour room service, and tours/ticket assistance which made our stay even more comfortable.
